The intake desk of Apex Mechtronix Pte. Ltd. is the first station in the bay at 30 Petain Road, Singapore - 208099, Singapore (SG). A short written note with the equipment model, serial number and observed fault is usually enough for the team to tell you which service line the job should start on.

Bringing equipment Please call before arriving with hardware. The hoist rail is shared, and the intake bench needs to be clear before a heavy stage is unloaded.
Frequently asked questions
Include the equipment make and model, the serial number, the axis or station that is failing, and the fault as you observe it in production. A photograph of the nameplate and one of the installed location are more useful than a long description. If the hardware is already off the machine, add how it was removed and how it has been stored.
Collection and delivery can be arranged in Singapore for an agreed fee, with the packing method noted on the job card. For fragile stages and large amplifiers we prefer the customer to use a carrier that provides tracking, and we will confirm the receiving hours before the shipment leaves.
A servo drive rebuild usually sits in the bay for three to five working days, depending on parts availability. Control board refits take two to four days. Stage alignments and encoder recalibrations depend on whether the machine comes to the bay or the work is done on site, and the expected time is stated in the written quote before work begins.
